TECHNICAL RIDER

This technical rider is part of the agreement and outlines the minimum technical and organizational requirements for the performance of Trivialmusik.  Any changes or deviations must be discussed and approved in advance.

Setup

  • Min. 3 DJ Player
  • DJ Mixer
  • DJ Player Linked



Player:

  • Preferred: Pioneer CDJ-3000, CDJ-3000X, CDJ-1500X
  • Accepted alternatives: Pioneer CDJ-2000NXS2, Pioneer XDJ-1000MK2, 


Preferred Mixer:

  • Preferred: Pioneer DJM-A9 / Pioneer DJM-V10
  • Accepted alternatives: Pioneer DJM-900NXS2,


Minimum requirements:

  • Fully functional professional DJ setup
  • Stable, level, and vibration-free DJ table / booth
  • 2x 230V power supply directly at the DJ position
  • Sufficient working light at the DJ booth
  • All equipment must be fully installed, connected, and tested before performance time


AUDIO

  • Professional PA system appropriate for the size of the venue
  • At least 1 booth monitor with sufficient volume and independent level control
  • Clear and reliable audio signal without hum, dropouts, or distortion
  • 

DJ BOOTH / STAGE

  • Sufficient space for a safe and comfortable performance
  • The DJ booth must be clean, stable, and protected from unnecessary crowd interference
  • Drinks and loose objects must be kept away from the equipment
  • Safe and unobstructed access to the DJ booth must be ensured



PHOTO / VIDEO POLICY

  • Photo, video, and audio recordings during the event are not permitted unless expressly approved in advance by the artist
  • A strict no-photo policy must apply inside the club for the duration of the event
  • The promoter, venue, and staff are responsible for clearly communicating and actively enforcing this policy
  • Unauthorized photography, filming, or recording of the artist, DJ booth, or crowd is not permitted
  • Any exception requires prior consultation and explicit approval


AWARENESS / SAFE-SPACE POLICY




  • The event must take place in a safe, respectful, and non-discriminatory environment
  • Queerphobia, harassment, sexism, racism, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated
  • The promoter, venue, security, and staff are expected to actively uphold these values and reflect them in their conduct toward guests
  • Any incident or complaint must be taken seriously and handled clearly, professionally, and consistently
  • The event is expected to be a safe space for everyone


HOSPITALITY RIDER

The following hospitality requirements are intended to ensure a smooth and professional performance environment and are part of the agreement.

BACKSTAGE / ARTIST AREA

  • A clean, quiet, and secure area must be available for the artist before and after the performance
  • A safe place for personal belongings must be provided
  • Access to the artist area should be limited to authorized personnel only

DRINKS

  • Sufficient sparkling water
  • Cola Zero / Coke Light
  • Beer, preferably Desperados
  • Additional water should be available at the DJ booth during the performance



COMFORT

  • 1 clean towel


GUEST LIST

  • 6 guest list spots for the artist

CONTACT PERSON / ACCESS

  • The artist must have easy access to the venue, backstage area, and DJ booth
  • A responsible contact person from the promoter or venue should be available on site
